• Contact & employer inquiries: name, email, phone, organization, and the details of your message.
• Candidate applications: name, contact details, MOS/AOC, ETS date, licensure status, preferred states, your message, and any resume file you upload.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, match candidates with civilian roles, support credentialing and resume translation, and communicate with you about placements. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

How We Share Information

Candidate details and resumes may be shared with prospective employers solely for the purpose of evaluating a placement, and only with your understanding that you are entering our pipeline. We may also share data with service providers who host our site and store our data under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Data Retention & Security

We retain submissions for as long as needed to provide our recruiting services and meet legal obligations. Data is stored on secured, access-controlled infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
